Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 2/1/2026

By registering for any camp, clinic, training session, or event hosted by Discipline Driven Basketball ("Company"), you agree to the following Terms of Service.


1. Registration & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a participant’s spot in any camp or event. Spots are limited and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration is considered complete only after payment has been successfully processed.


2. No Refund Policy

All camp registrations are non-refundable.

Due to facility reservations, staffing commitments, and limited camp capacity, Discipline Driven Basketball does not offer refunds for:

  • Schedule conflicts

  • Illness or injury

  • Voluntary withdrawal

  • Missed camp days

  • Weather-related delays (unless the entire event is canceled by the Company)

No partial refunds will be issued for missed days or partial attendance.

By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.


3. Event Cancellation

In the rare event that Discipline Driven Basketball cancels a camp entirely, participants will receive either:

  • A full credit toward a future camp, or

  • A refund at the discretion of the Company.

If a camp must be rescheduled, registrations will automatically transfer to the new dates.
